DIETER

I graduated from the Faculty of Health Sciences of Semmelweis University in 2010. After that I worked mainly as a preventive dietitian. I am a great believer in this, as well as in the fact that many health problems can be traced back to inadequate nutrition.

I have two adolescent children, and becoming a dietician is actually thanks to them: the importance of feeding them properly made me want to help others to eat consciously and healthily.

Even as a young child, I was introduced to various alternative medicine methods through several family members, so it is only natural for me to look at a patient holistically when they have a problem.

Professional development is important to me, so I have trained as a hormone balancer and an accredited functional nutritionist.

My areas of expertise are: preventive dietetics and applied nutrition; individual issues of hormonal balances (insulin resistance, PCOS, thyroid dysfunction), nutritional aspects of pregnancy.
