Bowen treatment

The Bowen technique is all about restoring the body’s ability to heal itself. It is not a naturopathic treatment in the traditional sense, nor is it a massage. We do not treat illness, but focus on the whole person to neutralise tension in the body.

The treatment consists of a series of soft connective tissue strokes, performed with precision on specific points of the body. It can also be performed through light clothing. It improves blood and lymph circulation, nutrient absorption and detoxification.

It can be used at all ages, whether for the elderly, newborns, expectant mothers or professional athletes. Excellent for acute conditions, but also for chronic conditions that have persisted for many years. There are no contraindications.
